DD’s strange diet

Have I mentioned that DD has strange tastes in food? For a toddler that is. Correct me if I’m wrong, but parents of most toddlers will typically resort to food such as chicken nuggets, pizza, or mac and cheese when all else fails. Sure, we do that sometimes, but our list of fail safe food items also includes olives and kim.

So, dinner last night at the Sweet 16 party included yummy paella and ziti. I was excited because she would normally eat one of these two items. Not last night. She didn’t want any part of the pasta and after 3 bites she had enough of the rice. For the rest of her dinner, she munched away on a roll, in between bites of olives. Thank goodness they had olives!
