What’s For Dinner, #12

Now that all of our lives have been turned upside down, I’m not very ambitious. This menu is not likely to impress or inspire anyone. I just thought it would be a good idea for me to continue as much as possible with my old routines. Plus, it will be interesting to see if my weekly menu can be a litmus test for how well our family is adjusting to this ‘new’ normal.

S – Roasted chicken breast (from the store), mashed potatoes, kale sautéed with onions and garlic

M – Veggie burgers, sweet potato fries, salad

T – Grilled steak, left-over mash, salad

W – Left-over roasted chicken, rice, steamed broccoli

T – Black beans and rice

F – take-out

S – left-overs
