What’s For Dinner, #20 – Korean Week!

I started off with one set of menu, went unexpectedly to our local H-Mart and wrote another, more Korean food focused one.

S – left-over tortellini and kale salad (was okay but didn’t love it enough to write it out)

M – Saeng Sun Jun (Korean Pan-fried fish), rice, ban chan (side dishes) like seasoned cucumbers, kimchi

T – Jap Chae, rice, ban chan

W – left-overs hopefully as Soso has an away swim meet at night

T – tofu and bok choy stir-fry, rice, ban chan (will try making eggplant namul)

F – Jjajangmyung (Korean Noodles with Black Bean Sauce), ban chan

S – tofu patties, rice, ban chan
