What’s For Dinner #38

S – Chana and Potato Masala and salad

M – Baked Cod, mushroom risotto and green beans

T – Easy Mac and Cheese with Broccoli

W – left-overs

T – left-overs

F – hotdogs pan-fried tofu, squash, rice  Oops, Lent has started which means abstaining from meat on Fridays.  We normally give up eating meat the entire 40 days, but we won’t this year.  Instead, we’ll give it up definitely for Friday and we’ll try to eat less meat.

S – hotdogs and sweet potato fries
