Yikes! The Lent season is upon us. Is it me or did it kind of sneak up on us this year?
I’ve already written weekly Lent menu a few years ago so I’ll just list some vegetarian and seafood recipes from the past.
Beans are great meat substitute!
Tofu’s always a great option in my family. Or other Korean food.
Salads with alternate proteins.
Pasta dishes with alternate proteins or no protein at all.
Soups are great way, too with a side of salad.
Of course, the obvious no-meat option, seafood.
