In my last What’s For Dinner post, I mentioned having some routine menu items to make the whole dinner planning easier. Well, now that the cold weather is upon us, I’m thinking Soup can also be a weekly part of the menu. So, not to go overboard or anything… Meatless Monday, Taco (or similar) Tuesday, Left-over Wednesday, Fish Friday and Soup Saturday! Too much? Of course this week, we’re having soup twice and neither one is on Saturday. Eh, let’s see how it goes.
