What’s For Dinner 2.15

This will be a week of easy meals.

S – Shrimp Fried Rice, edamame, Scallion pancake, broccoli namul

M – lentil soup, rolls, salad

T – Asian-style meatballs, rice and green beans

W – veggie burgers, sweet potato fries, salad

T – Filipino sausage, rice and veg

F – udon noodle soup, veggie dumplings

S – baked flounder, pasta
