This will be a week of easy meals.

S – Shrimp Fried Rice, edamame, Scallion pancake, broccoli namul

M – lentil soup, rolls, salad

T – Asian-style meatballs, rice and green beans

W – veggie burgers, sweet potato fries, salad

T – Filipino sausage, rice and veg

F – udon noodle soup, veggie dumplings

S – baked flounder, pasta

S – Roasted chicken, mash and salad

M – Dal, rice and green beans

T – Sofrito chicken, yellow rice, pico de gallo wrap and salad

W – Pasta w/broccoli rabe

T – Left-over

F – Shrimp fried rice

S – Broccoli cavatelli

What’s For Dinner 2.12 – Including Thanksgiving Menu

It’s Thanksgiving Week.  I can’t believe how fast it came, even though it’s actually late this year.  I’m so not prepared for it, but we’re only have my dad and FIL over so I won’t stress.  I’m trying to condense the usual Thanksgiving menu, but it’s hard when I want to eat all the usual stuff.  May be I can try to make smaller portions of everything.
